A flax merchant from Prague
A strong and fit man in his early forties.
Vachlev has built up his flax trade house over the last twentyfive years. From humble beginnings bying flax from local farmers and selling it in the market in Prague, he now oversees a prospering enterprise. Several Carriers transported flax and barley from the countryside surrounding Prague to his warehouse near the docks. From here he oversaw the sales to other merchants, primarily those heading south. Recently he had also begun importing some silk from Venice, hoping a market would grow amongst the increasingly wealthier nobles of Bohemia.
